What did we do here?
Following Hurricanes Milton and Helen in the 2024 season on the Florida coast, many homes suffered considerable damage, especially from flooding, which has led to the need for elevation work by specialized companies like JAS.
Our work consists of receiving basic information about the home and generating a professional and realistic 3D project to visualize the new appearance of the house once elevated, including the location of new stairs, ramps, etc., all based on data provided by the client.

What did we do here?
This project involved changing the land use from commercial to residential and had to be reviewed and approved by the urban development committee.
Our work consisted of drawing all the architectural, engineering, and electrical construction documents, as well as creating 3D models and correcting the city’s comments. The final renders were made by another company.
